Salam Sawsan, i just wanted to let you know that i made the musakhan following your instructions. i swear it was the first time that it was good. the bread did not stick to the pan and on top of that everything was tasty. Everyone enjoyed it. I know Ramadan is next week and i would love to make katayef from scratch. Help me please. Thank you so much

I am so glad I found your blog, I recently married and moved to Jordan and so many of the foods my husband loves to each I am clueless on how to fix and sometimes even Goggling a recipe is a challenge and a half. Thank you so much for posting your knowledge!
